Our Vision

We envision a future where young people in the Dominican Republic have greater access to mentorship, guidance, opportunity, and support as they navigate education, career pathways, and personal growth.

We also believe transformational growth happens for the students and travelers who come here.

When people step outside of what is familiar — when they build relationships across cultures, share experiences, and learn directly from one another — perspectives expand.

Everything we do begins with relationships.

We believe meaningful impact is built alongside a community, not for one. That means listening before leading, valuing dignity over optics, and allowing trust to grow at its own pace.

Rather than arriving with answers, we arrive with curiosity. We learn from one another, share experiences, and create opportunities rooted in reciprocity, respect, and genuine human connection.

How We’re Starting

Through our experiences and partnerships, we are:

  • building trusted relationships with local youth and families

  • listening to the needs and goals of the community

  • creating mentorship opportunities through baseball, education, and cultural exchange

  • exploring ways to provide future academic and career support for young adults
